K!DZ COSPLAY COMPETITION PRIZES
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
The Organisers reserve the right to replace prizes with item(s) of similar value without prior notice.

RULES & REGULATION
Costume Guidelines:
• Costumes must be age appropriate.
• No sharp objects, real weapons, or hazardous materials allowed.
Eligibility:
• Open to children below 13 years old.
• Participants must have parental or guardian consent.
The K!DZ Pop Con Asia Kidz Cosplay Competition is only open to K!DZ Pop Con Asia 2026 ticket holders. You must have a valid ticket in order to participate.
Judging Criteria:
• Accuracy & Likeness
• Creative Craftsmanship & Sustainability
• Stage Presence & Confidence
• Overall Appearance & Audience Reaction
Each entrant will submit an application to be reviewed by the organising committee. Entrants may only enter one costume into the competition. Shortlisted contestants will be contacted by the event organiser and advance to the competition stage.
All cosplayers have the potential to be photographed/filmed/recorded in some fashion. These recordings may be used in future galleries or promotions. Signing up for, and/or attending, any cosplay event is done with the understanding that recording could occur at any time, and permission is tacitly given for the participant’s likeness to be used.
