Building Bright Futures celebrates the joyous journey of learning and growing together at My First Skool. In this uplifting performance, our vibrant children take to the stage with two songs that reflect gratitude, growth, and bright beginnings. The showcase opens with My First Skool Gratitude Song, an original composition, expressing appreciation for the love and support from community helpers, teachers, parents, and friends. This is followed by the Mandarin song 《一年级》, which captures the emotions and experiences of children taking their first steps into primary school. The children’s performance reflects the values and vision of My First Skool in shaping motivated, fun and savvy learners. Join us in celebrating the boundless potential of every child as we build bright futures—together.

Dikir Barat is a joyful Malay cultural performance that includes singing, hand movements, and teamwork. The children sit together in a group and perform songs that share positive messages. Through Dikir Barat, they learn to work together, listen to each other, and express their feelings. One important message in their songs focuses on gratitude—saying thank you to family, teachers, and friends; portraying respect, kindness, and appreciation while having fun and learning about the Malay culture.

Get ready for a breathtaking Aikido Shinju-Kai stage demonstration, where Singapore’s Top Aikido school reveals the “Art of Peace”! Led by Shihan Philip Lee (7th Dan), one of the founding father of Aikido in Singapore. Watch skilled practitioners wield Aikido’s flowing techniques, turning an attacker’s force into harmonious motion with stunning grace. Dynamic throws and precise locks weave a tale of discipline and self-discovery, showcasing strength and inner peace. Feel the pulse of Southeast Asia’s martial arts beacon!
