What age group is Splash Wonder Water Park suitable for?

The water park is suitable for children aged 3 years and above, with specific safety requirements for younger children.

Is there a height or age restriction for the inflatables?

Certain inflatables may have height, age, or capacity limits for safety reasons. Please follow onsite signage and staff instructions at all times.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No, there are no lifeguards on duty. The water depth in the inflatable is approximately 45cm only, and parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Are parents required to accompany their children?

Yes. Parents or guardians must actively supervise their children throughout the visit. Event organisers will not be held responsible for unattended children.

Is first aid available onsite?

Yes, basic first aid support is available onsite.
In case of emergency, please approach the nearest event staff immediately.
Emergency contact numbers will be displayed clearly at the venue.

Are life jackets required?

Children below 3 years old are required to wear a life jacket at all times when playing in any water-filled inflatable.
Life jackets are available for rental onsite, subject to availability.

What happens if my child soils an inflatable (e.g. poo accident)?

For hygiene and safety reasons, parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Any child who soils or contaminates an inflatable attraction may be subject to a cleaning fee, and the affected inflatable may be temporarily closed for sanitisation.

What happens if it rains?

The event may continue in light rain. In the event of severe weather, operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

How do I receive & use my tickets?

Upon purchase via SISTIC, you will receive an e-ticket sent to the email address used during the purchase. Simply show the e-ticket to gain entry to the respective event /activities per your purchased date/dates.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the water park?

Yes. However food and drinks are not permitted within the inflatable areas. Please consume food and beverages at designated areas only. For safety reasons, glass containers are strictly not allowed, as they may break and cause injury.

Will there be photography or videography during the event?

Yes. By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video and other forms of media recording may take place. We reserve the rights to use any photographs, audio-video or other recordings taken during this event for its publicity, collaterals and other marketing related purposes.
