When & where is this event taking place?

Event is held on 23 - 24 May (Saturday & Sunday) from 10am to 8pm, at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre (Level 1, Halls A, B, C)

What are the ticket prices and what does it get me?

Kindly refer to the ticket page on our website or SISTIC for further details.

Can I add on additional child and adult tickets to the various ticket types?

Yes, you can.

Will there be pram parking area?

Yes, a designated pram parking area will be available outside the event hall. Please note that the event organisers will not be responsible for any lost prams or belongings left in the area.

Is there an age limit to the inflatable bouncing castles?

Different inflatables cater to different age group, generally within age 2 and above. We recommend you to check on the relevant signages placed onsite  to ensure your child/children safety and enjoyment.

Can I get re-entry for Kidz Pop Con?

As the ticket is valid on a per day basis, yes you can. You just need to make sure you get a Kidz Pop Con handstamp upon entry to the exhibition.

Can I get re-entry for Bounce Zone?

As the ticket is valid by time slot, you can enter within the same timeslot by showing your All-Access Ticket. You cannot redeem after your timeslot as we need to manage crowd control by per time slot to ensure safety and comfort for everyone.

My child is injured! Is there any first-aid stations around? 

You can find the first-aid station in our Bounce Zone.
Reach out to any of our crew and we will guide you along.

How do I receive & use my tickets?

Upon purchase via SISTIC, you will receive an e-ticket sent to the email address used during the purchase. Simply show the e-ticket to gain entry to the respective event /activities per your purchased date/dates.

I'm unable to attend the event, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for purchases made. You may instead choose to pass your ticket(s) to friend/s and family members for their usage.

I need to change my timeslot on my all-access ticket, what should I do? 

Should you wish to amend your allocated time slot, please email  SISTIC: feedback@sistic.com.sg

Is the venue stroller-friendly and wheelchair-accessible?

Yes.

Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes, subject to ticket availability. Please check the SISTIC ticketing link for updates - do note that all ticketing for the event will stop 1 hour prior to the end of the event each day.

Are there any admission rules?

  • Free entry for infant-in-arms and children below 2 years old

  • Children aged between 2 to 12 years old require a ticket for entry

  • Children must be accompanied by a paying Adult

  • An adult is considered to be over 12 years old

Are there any rules for Bounce Zone we require to take note of?

  • Admission is by the time slot purchased only. 

  • For hygiene purpose, socks are mandatory for this Bounce Zone

  • Sanitization will be conducted after each session. All personnel are to leave the Bounce Zone during this process.

  • Timing of sanitization daily: 1pm, 430pm & 8pm.

  • To ensure you have maximum fun, do adhere to all instructions from our crew & guidelines placed around the Bounce Zone.

Is there any nursing/ diaper changing rooms around?

You can find them in the event space near the exit. ​

I forgot to bring socks for the Bounce Zone, can I purchase socks anywhere? 

You can purchase socks at our Merch Booth, C07 for $3.50 per pair.

Can adults go onto the inflatables? 

We encourage adults to supervise their kids below 12 years old, however adults are not allowed to slide or jump on the inflatables due to safety reasons.

Do I need to register for activities?

Some activities may require on-site registration or have limited slots. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

What’s the best way to get there?

We recommend taking public transport as the easiest and most convenient option.
The nearest MRT station is Bayfront MRT.

Where can I report missing items or lost children? 

Report missing items & children to event organiser office, our crew will be there to assist.
