When & where is this event taking place?

Event is held on 21 - 22 June 2025 (Saturday & Sunday) from 10am to 8pm, at Sands Expo & Convention Centre (Level 1, Halls A, B, C)

What are the ticket prices and what does it get me?
​
Kindly refer to the ticket page on our website or SISTIC for further details. All tickets are available for purchase via online only, there are no physical ticketing counters onsite.

Can I add on additional child and adult tickets to the various ticket types?​
​
Yes, you can.

Can I purchase Immersive Experience Tickets on its own without Kidz Pop Con Tickets?
​
No you cannot. This is an add-on for Kidz Pop Con as it is within the exhibition.

Can I purchase the workshops tickets on its own without Kidz Pop Con Tickets?
​
No you cannot. This is an add-on for Kidz Pop Con as it is within the exhibition.

Can I get re-entry for Kidz Pop Con?​
​
As the ticket is valid on a per day basis, yes you can. You just need to make sure you get a Kidz Pop Con handstamp upon entry to the exhibition.

Can I get re-entry for Bounce Wonderland?
​
As the ticket is valid by time slot, you can enter within the same timeslot by showing your Bounce wonderland handstamp. You cannot redeem after your timeslot as we need to manage crowd control by per time slot to ensure safety and comfort for everyone.

Do we need to sign up or purchase tickets for specific activities in advance?
​
Yes, entry to specific activities will be made available as add-ons.

How do I receive & use my tickets?
​
Upon purchase via SISTIC, you will receive an e-ticket sent to the email address used during the purchase. Simply show the e-ticket to gain entry to the respective event /activities per your purchased date/dates.

I'm unable to attend the event, can I get a refund?
​
Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for purchases made. You may instead choose to pass your ticket(s) to friend/s and family members for their usage.

Can I stay beyond / come earlier than my allocated timeslot purchased on sistic?
​
​While you can only gain access to the event during your allocated timeslot, there is no restriction on the duration stayed. Should you wish to amend your allocated time slot, please email SISTIC: feedback@sistic.com.sg

Is the venue stroller-friendly and wheelchair-accessible?
​
Yes.

Are walk-ins allowed?
​
Yes, subject to ticket availability. Please check the SISTIC ticketing link for updates - do note that all ticketing for the event will stop 1 hour prior to the end of the event each day. Eg: Ticketing to stop at 7pm on 21 June and 7pm on 22 June.

Are there any admission rules?

Free entry for infant-in-arms and children below 2 years old

Children aged between 2 to 12 years old require a ticket for entry

Children must be accompanied by a paying Adult

An adult is considered to be over 12 years old

Are there any rules for Bounce Wonderland we require to take note of?
​

Admission is by the time slot purchased only.

For hygiene purpose, socks are mandatory for this wonderland. Please bring your own as there is no option to purchase onsite

Sanitization will be conducted after each session. All personnel are to leave the wonderland during this process.

Timing of sanitization daily: 1pm, 430pm & 8pm.

To ensure you have maximum fun at Bounce Wonderland, do adhere to all instructions from our crew & guidelines placed around the wonderland.

How do I register my child for the Kidz Cosplay competition and what are the terms and conditions and prizes?

Please note that the Cosplay Competition is only held on 22 June, Sunday and is only open to ticket holders only.

Is there an age limit to the inflatable bouncing castles?
​
Different inflatables cater to different age group, generally within age 2 and above. We recommend you to check on the relevant signages placed onsite to ensure your child/children safety and enjoyment.

Will there be pram parking area?
​
Yes, a designated pram parking area will be available outside the event hall. Please note that the event organisers will not be responsible for any lost prams or belongings left in the area.
